Since First Presbyterian is a large congregation, Community Groups provide a close connection with a few members to form committed family-like relationships. There is a wide diversity of activities that groups pursue. The groups study together and also socialize with dinners and other activities of mutual interest, age group, or area of struggle. Groups agree to study Biblical themes, do mission projects, support mission projects, some offer fellowship events which include kids.
